Our support forum is most known for the lightning fast response to requests and excellent tech support. This is not a random fact; we put a lot of effort to realize it. However, with the volume of support requests rising with the popularity of this project we truly can use a spare hand. You can help with two ways - and it's easy, too!
Community help. You can voluntarily answer to other people's requests. Most requests have been answered over and over again, or they could be answered by repeating parts of the documentation in a more understandable form. Anybody can help out newbies having trivial, well-documented problems and we welcome all those efforts.
Volunteers for staffing the support forum. We are looking for extra hands for our support forum. You needn't know PHP or have a PhD in computer science! Really! We just want a few people who can cherry-pick easy requests, answering them and diverting tough cases and bug reports to the Development Team. It's very easy and doesn't require devoting more than one hour every day. All it takes is an adequate command of the English language and working social skills.
