Just one folder in my backup

Just one folder in my backup

I have installed the last version of akeebackup in a 1.5.5 Joomla. I started a backup(with a default configuration) but my archive is too small, decompressed there are only installation folder, .htacces and  robot.txt. What is the problem??

Thanks a lot

Re: Just one folder in my backup

Please zip and post your backup log.  There are some configuration settings that will do this.

Re: Just one folder in my backup

That is a strange one.  The backup thinks it has completed.  What are the permission settings on the root folder for your site?  If the permission settings are even numbers, then Akeeba may not be able to see the folders in the root.

Re: Just one folder in my backup

I see what it is doing, but I can't figure out why. sad  I'll have to ask Nicholas to look at it.

Re: Just one folder in my backup

Akeeba Backup is automatically skipping the following directories:
- Its output directory
- Its temporary directory
- Joomla!'s Temporary directory
- The cache folders
If one of those directories is set to be your site's root, you get no backup at all. The log file tells me about all of those files, except the Joomla! Temporary directory. Is this set to be the same as your site's root? If so, you must change it, if not for Akeeba Backup, for security reasons.
