First please log out and log back in to our site. You can then find the Professional downloads in the following places:
- Under the My menu at the top of the page click on My Subscriptions. Quick links to the latest version of each Professional release you have the right to download are shown below the list of your subscriptions.
- Under the Downloads menu at the top of the page click on the software you want to download. In the new page click on the version you want to download. You will see both the Core and Professional items, as well as the documentation in PDF format.
- Under the My menu at the top of the page click on My Subscriptions. Quick links to the latest version of each Professional release you have the right to download are shown below the list of your subscriptions.
