Should I declare or create virtualhost in Apache server?

OK, let me see if I understand this correctly. You have a mutlilingual site listening to two domain names, .com and .pt You have two languages, English (en) and Portuguese (pt) on your site. When someone accesses your site with the .pt domain you want to show the Portuguese version of it.

I am quite sure you want to do that for all sub-pages, i.e. www.dydasociados.pt/something/else.html being redirected to www.dydasociados.com/pt/something/else.html. Admin Tools doesn't support this kind of "match all" redirection. You need to do that through .htaccess or the Apache vhost file which is, regrettably, beyond the level of support we can provide. You can take a look at the Apache mod_rewrite documentation for further information.
