hello Nicholas, and Akeeba Team !

Immediately when i lauch the Scan, i get a server error 500:

500 SQL=SELECT `configuration` FROM `yesqv_admintools_profiles` WHERE `id` = '1

I read your doc and I TOOK NOTE that the PHP file scanner doesnt work with low quality server.

I sure dont have a dedicated server, but before i upgrade - cause I would love to know easily wich files are hacked next time i'll be hacked - i would like to know more about WHERE is the limitation.

I only know how to check the memory_limit = 128 Mo, which is OK reading your doc

How can i check other parameters please ?

Thank you for your reply :)

You seem to be missing a few tables. Try installing the component twice, without uninstalling it. If that fails, uninstall and reinstall the component but do note that as soon as you uninstall it you will lose all your settings.

thanks for quick replys,
i reinstalled twice, but error remains.

What is strange is that even when i click "configure", without scanning, i get an error 500.

i'll try to uninstall.re-install, when my other problems will be solved ;)

I think you will have to uninstall and reinstall after all.

Hello Nicholas,
uninstalling and reinstalling was a good tip : Admin Tools is now fully functional and set :)

one last question : do you think as a future feature of automatically making Files Scan ? or maybe is it useless ? How often do you recommend to Scan Php Files ?

thanks again,
Adrien

We already have a CLI script which you can use in a CRON job to automate the scan. It's documented :) I recommend running it once per day. You can have it email to you the results (that's also documented). It will give you a heads up every time a PHP file is added, removed or modified on your site.
