Hi,

I have a strange problem that so far never occured. My customer was clicking through its own website and got blocked after a couple of pages due to login failure, although he did not try to login at all.

As you can see on enclosed screenshot there are no passwords logged.

This happend after I updated Yootheme's Zoo Component from 3.1.4 to 3.1.6. Have you already heard about that problem?

thanks for feedback.

Hello Joachim,

can you please double check if the plugin Authentication - Cookie is enabled?

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Yes, I have checked that: Authentication - Cookie IS enabled. So, that does not cause the problem ...

Thanks in advance for any further assistance ....

I think something weird is happening in the cookie "area", so let's try to exclude all the possibility.
Can you please ask your customer to do the following things?
  1. Delete the cookies
  2. Login again (without using the remember me feature)
  3. Check if everything is ok
  4. Logout again
  5. Login again, flagging the remember me option
  6. Check if everything is ok
  7. Close the browser
  8. Visit the site again. Here the cookie should kick in and automatically log you in
  9. Check if everything is ok
