I am absolutely sure there is no Joomla! version 2.3.2. Maybe it's 3.2.2? In this case you have simply forgot to enter the Download ID in the component. It would actually help us help you if you would be so kind as to enter the accurate Joomla!, PHP and Admin Tools versions. Thanks.
