A user had trouble logging in and used several usernames and passwords causing his IP to be blocked.

I unblocked his IP, and even added it to the whitelist, and to the admin config item to "Never Block", and he still gets a "Forbidden" message when trying to go to the site...

This is urgent as this is my client. the one who OWNS THE WEB SITE. their entire domain is blocked... my only choice at this point is to dump Admin tools... something that I really don't want to do.

I have checked the .htaccess file, and can't find any blocking there.

the domain in question is www.pattisonsand.com, and the IP that is blocked is 97.64.216.58

This is an emergency. My client is flipping out.

You need to delete the IP out of the security log.

You can disable the WAF with the instructions here: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/troubleshooter/atwafissues.html, just in case I'm wrong about the log.
