 The update link for Admin Tools Pro 3.1.0 is pointing to the ARS link. AS shown in teh back end Update tab.

Not critical since I have manually downloade it and installed it successfully, but it should be fixed.

No, it's not. The URL is https://www.akeebabackup.com/component/ars/?view=download&id=2840&dlid=YOURDONWLOADID&dummy=my.zip which means go to www.akeebabackup.com, tell it to run the ARS component, the view (action) should be download, the item to download should be 2840 (Admin Tools Pro 3.1.0), the Download ID is YOURDOWNLOADID and since Joomla! is brain-dead let's append dummy=my.zip to help it understand that we are downloading a ZIP file.

FYI this has been the case with our updates since August 2010. You just didn't get to see the download URL :)

When I tried to update admin tools it gave a message about not being able to download the file. I can't remember the exact message. I then proceeded to download it drectly, hence my thought that the link was wrong.

I had previously downloaded docimprt correctly so my id is correct.

I am content to close this ticket, as I was just trying to be helpful!

DocImport is a free download, it doesn't matter if your Download ID is correct, wrong or not present. Admin Tools Professional, on the other hand, is a restricted download. Please verify your Download ID.

I have just checked my ID and what I appear to hve configured on my site is indeed different from that as shown on your site under 'My Downlod Ids'. I would have sworn that it was working a month or so ago. Anyway I must be wrong so I will update my components with the 'new' value ready for next time.

Hold on, I think we just fixed the problem with the Download IDs. A third party supposedly "bug fix" in Akeeba Release System was actually resetting all Download IDs. I have reverted this change.
