Hi there,

I have been constantly blocked by my site even though my IP address is in the white list.

Also in the never block the ip address..

Getting adminquery string errors...

In the security exception logs I am getting
mysite.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_cache

Could you please let me know what may be causing this?

I needed to disable the whole firewall to be able to access my site.

I delete it from the security exception logs and they came back..And after 3 attempts I am blocked from my site.

Thank you.

If your IP address is in the never block these IPs field it will never be blocked. The only reasonable conclusion is that your IP address has changed or you mistyped it. One common typo is using commas instead of dots in the IPs. You wouldn't know just how many times I've done this typo during testing...

Regarding the issue itself, you need to go to Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF, "Visual Fingerprinting Protection" tab and set "Allow site templates" to Yes. Please read the documentation to understand why the Joomla! "Mail To" feature requires this option to be set.
