Hello I would just like to mention some ideas for this function. Perhaps you see the need as well to incorporate in your great tool.

1. in the security violation log it would be great to have a button for all or selected items to blacklist. Now I have to do it one by one if I decide to block.
2. On the blacklisted ip's it would be great to have a tool to map those ip's to geographic region as a whole or in time segments. This would give people great insight as to the happenings and sources.

Hope to hear from you.

Kind Regards,

Abraham

1. We have already explained several times why this is not really possible. I mean, yes, we could do that but the performance would suffer so greatly that you could no longer use the log page. There is a long technical explanation behind it, but the bottom line is that this can't be reasonably implemented.

2. Due to similar technical reasons it would not be possible to filter the log by Country / Region. This kinda beats the purpose of such a feature. On top of that, GeoIP (mapping IPs to Geographical areas) is only 90% accurate according to the makers of the GeoIP database – this percentage is woefully inadequate. To put it in perspective, every page of log results would contain an average of two misidentified IPs.
