Seeking information/knowledge about why I cannot block a specific IP address.
Entered a static IP for a company that has a tab open in Chome on a Mac that has repeatedly visited and parked on my website for the past week. I tested another static IP from a friend and Joomla was able to block him and work as it should...this one IP address I am not able to block at all.
Any insight as to why we are not able to block this one company would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hello Steven,

how did you block that IP?
Did you add it to the blacklist? If so, is the option Disallow site access to IPs in Blacklist inside WAF configuration enabled?
