1: With a password protection on administrator, it blocks command line backups with akeeba backup. I assume this is because it is an .htaccess file. My backup cron works just fine with it off, and stops completely with it on. Is there a way to have both?

2. Feature request - since we have multiple people working on the back end, is it possible to add report notes to the PHP file scanner runs. Like: "report was after new install of "xxx extention" marked safe for future." That way the next guy isn't wondering why there were so many threat reports?

Hello Robert,

  1. How are you triggering the backup? Using native PHP or using WGET?
  2. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll talk to Nich about that.
