Hello

I have troubles with the jDBexport component. It seems to me that Admintool is blocking something. Is there a way I can find out? (Log files etc.)

Thanks

Roger

Roger,

It is possible that Admin Tools is blocking your other extension. The first thing to check is the Security Exceptions Log under Web Application Firewall.

If you don't find anything there, you can disable Admin Tools with the instructions here: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/troubleshooter/atwafissues.html. That will tell us if Admin Tools is really blocking it and we'll have to do more investigating.

Does disabling the admin tool plugin have the same effect?

Thanks

Roger

Yes.

I'm so used to thinking about it from the standpoint of people locked out of the back end I forget how to do it the easy way.
