I currently go through the list of blocked IP's and based on the number, and the patterns I expand them, and delete the unnecessary, ie. I got a ton of attacks from all sorts of IP's starting with 37, and after adding them all, and then going through the list, I decided to block all of 37. instead of individual addresses.
I would be nice if admintools had some 'optimization' daemon that could suggest this automatically, instead of me going through all the addresses manually.

Hello Kenneth,

that's not possible: IP bans should be evaluated on case-by-case basis, you can't generally block an entire class (and by the way, the ban rule you created is too much broad: you're going to block legitimate users, too).
What we can do is to block an IP when it tries to do something bad several times in a row, and this feature is already there.

I know I'm going to block legitimate users, and that's ok, as I've already blocked russia with geoblocking.
But fine, I'll just do it manually.

Best regards Kenneth
