 Hi,

last update I install AdminTools 3.6.8 over 3.6.6 (download file 3.6.8 and install but not unistalling 3.6.8).

Now I want to ask You wchich method do You recommend? Which method is better: JOOMLA Update or download and install .zip file?

Both are actually the same. Joomla! extensions update will download the ZIP file, put it on your server and install it. Upload and install lets you provide it with the ZIP file, it puts it on your server and installs it. The only difference is where the download takes place. If the Joomla! extensions update can't download the ZIP file for any reason you'll have to download and use upload and install. The failure to download the ZIP file through Joomla! extensions update happens on some servers, I personally spent half a day troubleshooting it and figure out why it happens, we DID provide a fix to Joomla! and they ultimately decided not to include our fix, instead shipping Joomla! extensions updater broken for about 5%-10% of servers out there. Sigh...
