#24390 After last update 500 error page

After the last Update Admin Tools shows a blank page with a 500 error message. When the Akeeba Backup Update Check is disabled (!) Admin Tools shows up!
So I deinstalled Akeeba Backup and reinstalled again. Afterwards I installed Admin Tools twice. After I enabled the plugin for Akeeba Backup Update Check Admin Tools showed a blank page again.
.htaccess was disabled and enabled, the config.php was changed as I read in your advise for someone who had the same problem - nothing happened. The Problem appears to be Akeeba Backup.
Do you have any solution?

You are right. There are a few lines in that plugin which shouldn't be there and do conflict with Admin Tools. I'll publish a new Akeeba Backup release today to address that. Meanwhile please keep that plugin disabled.
