Hello - I have an installation of WHMCS in a subdirectory of my Joomla Root and the WAF is affecting procedures within that program. Is it possible to add an exception to WAF for the entire directory? I only see being able to add exceptions by component.

Thanks in advance!

My guess is that it isn't WAF, it's .htaccess. In .htaccess Maker, add the path to your WHMCS in the field Allow access to files including PHP files. Regenerate your .htaccess file and see if that solves the problem.

It worked perfectly when I disabled WAF though by going to main.php and changing it to main-disable.php. So it must be something within that.

You are right. Please go to the Security Exceptions Log and see what exception was thrown when Admin Tools blocked the access. Post it here and that will tell us what exception we need to set up.
