Somebody is trying to login in the backend. After a number of times the IP is blocked. But the IP is the one from the site itself.
My IP is not in the blacklist. It's in the whitelist. Still I am blocked out. I can only access the site after renaming admintools .php. What could be the problem?

Hello,

can you please try to set the option Enable IP workarounds to Yes?
You can find it inside the WAF Configuration page.

Did so. Button unblock my ip appeared. Klicked it. No blocking anymore.
