I was editing my site and then without seemingly any reason I got blocked and WAF Blacklisted.

You can regain access to the back end of your site with the instructions here: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/troubleshooter/atwafissues.html. That will let your clear your IP address.

It is possible to type a perfectly innocent phrase that looks like an attack to Admin Tools. One day I was replying to a ticket and it wouldn't post. Just the way I phrased it, using "insert" and the way I typed the instruction could have been a SQL command. I never did figure it out, Nicholas explained to me what I'd done.

If it continues to be a problem, the WAF Blacklist commands that are set by default are to defend against an attack that the latest versions of Joomla! are not vulnerable to. You can delete them if you are running Joomla! 3.6.4.

Yes I found the link and documentation almost immediately after my ticket. Thank you. I won't delete the blacklist commands but took myself out of the list and placed e never block this IP
