 I can not install admin tools in anyway. I can upload the zip file downloaded from my subscription. However, when doing upload, I ended up with just a sudden flash on my monitor screen and no message of success or error.

But, when I looked into the folder of my joomla directories. There is no entry of "com_admintools" folder neither in my ./administrator/components nor ./components.

I can't see correct menu item like "Admin tools" when I clicked "Components" in the backend main menu. Instead, I can see a menu item "com-admintools". If I click this menu item, I got error "4004 component not found"

Please help! by the way, I got this subscription only one day before.
