Hello,
I just started using admin tools pro.
now when I start a new discussion with easydiscuss (from stackideas) I get an error page, see attachement.

any ideas how I can solve that?

joomla 1.5.25
easydiscuss newest
admintools pro newest

thanks in advance

None of these are errors. They are inconsequential warnings. However, your server is setup to be very verbose about PHP warnings which is fine for a development environment but not for a live server. The thing is that warnings may be generated; it's normal. Having them printed out on the browser is a Very Bad Idea(tm) as they get to disclose valuable information about your server setup, e.g. the full path to your site's web root.

The first thing you should do is to go to your Joomla! Global Configuration page and set the Error Reporting to None. If this doesn't work, ask your host about the proper way to set PHP's display_error to 0. Most likely you can create a local php.ini file or add some directive to your .htaccess file.

hello nicholas and many thanks to your fast response, great!

So you say that I shouldn't care about these warnings, right?
I already turned off the error report in joomla backend but that didn't change anything.
I'll take your idea and contact my host for getting further instructions on error report settings in htaccess.

thanks again

Yes, no need to care about those warnings, they are just cosmetic issues.
