I have obviously edited the domain info.

Your sites seem to not have copied all of the files. Please proceed as follows:
1. Disable the "System - Admin Tools" plugin. If you do not have access to your site's back-end, rename plugins/system/admintools/pro.php to pro.php.bak for the same effect.
2. Install Admin Tools Professional again. IMPORTANT! Do NOT try to uninstall it first. Doing so would lose all your settings.

That indeed fixed one of them right away and was able to install Core and Pro.

The GeoIp.dat error - no luck

That one is documented. Go to Admin Tools, WAF, GeoBlocking and click on the button above the list. If this doesn't work, consult the documentation for details on obtaining this file yourself.

The below is not mine - i just stumbled upon it trying to find some more info.

Warning: fopen(/home/a/d/a/6342/6342/public_html/site/administrator/components/com_admintools/assets/geoip/GeoIP.dat) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/a/d/a/6342/6342/public_html/site/administrator/components/com_admintools/helpers/geoip.php on line 343

Can not open /home/a/d/a/6342/6342/public_html/site/administrator/components/com_admintools/assets/geoip/GeoIP.dat

I guess it may have to do with the WAF firewall blocking. I am just disabling WAF for now as per the link below.

https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/troubleshooter/atwafissues.html

The easiest way to work around this issue is using an FTP application or your hosting control panel's File Manager to rename a file.

Go inside the plugins/system/admintools directory on your site. You will see a file named main.php. Rename it to main-disable.php. This will turn disable the Web Application Firewall from executing and you can access your site's back-end again. After you have fixed the cause of your issue remember to rename main-disable.php back to main.php, otherwise your site will remain unprotected!

So what exactly is your issue you want help with? Please keep in mind that I am not sitting in front of your computer and have no idea what happens on your site. If you want me to help you with something, please tell me what the problem you experience is, not what a different problem of a different user on a different site is. I am a developer, not a psychic.
