Ok maybe I'm missing something because i've scanned the documentation and can't find anything that highlights this issue.

Hey can you point me in the right direction... I installed the software in reverse order. Should have installed the backup component first and then Admin tools... I need to get my site back functional. Thanks!!!

Sorry for the delay. Contrary to popular rumours, I am not a cyborg and had to eat (a quite late, to be honest) dinner :)

Taking a look at your site, I see that it's as if the CSS is missing. This usually means that you used the .htaccess Maker feature of Admin Tools before this happened. In this case, you have to follow our troubleshooting instructions. If you can't get to the bottom of it, you can add
templates
in the "Allow direct access, including .php files, to these directories" area of the .htaccess Maker, then click on "Save and Create .htaccess". WARNING! I do not recommend adding the entire templates directory. It's decreasing the security of your site (it goes from ultra-paranoid level to nearly-paranoid level – for me anything below ultra-paranoid is low).

If this doesn't help, let me know. I will have you give me the URL of your site and access to it so that I can further help you.

Actually I haven't heard anything about you :) and if i did my perception of you wouldn't be based on what I've heard it would based on my own personal experience.

I will take a look at the troubleshooting instructions and what you just sent to see if i can get the issue resolved. I uninstalled the component temporarily until i can resolve it!!!! Thanks for getting me going int the right direction!!!!
