Suggestion;

Please add KMZ file type/extension to the default list of allowed file-types, for front and back-end.

No, I won't. KMZ is not a file extension regularly found on Joomla! sites. In fact, over the last five and a half years of doing support I've never seen a single site using KMZ files. You are the first one. Therefore, I am not going to add it to the defaults. You are free to add it manually to your site, though. That's why the extensions list is customisable in .htaccess Maker.
