The wizard sets up a secret URL parameter that you need to use to access your back end login screen. It is on the first tab of the Configure WAF screen.
You will need to use the instructions here to disable Admin Tools and allow you to log in: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/troubleshooter/atwafissues.html.
