Hello team akeeba:
After installation of admin tool and make the quick setup, and log out the backend, I tried to reenter the administrator and it redirect me to the main page, to the index.php page.
I can only acess again the administartor if I delete manually admin tool. The same happens when I make the .htacess file wiyh the component.
The site is www.tiendaorganica.triodo.cl
The server plan has a different principal domain, www.antroposofia.cl, that has installed admin tool and has the .htaccess file created by the component. The domain www.tiendaorganica.triodo.cl is a aditional domain in the public_html. I installed joomla in the public_html. Maybe this is the problem.

Thanks
Juan Pablo Barbato

If trying to access the administrator login page redirects you to the main page the most likely reason why you are locked out is the administrator URL parameter. If you set it to ThisIsAnExample (remember, it's case sensitive) then you can only access your site's administrator as
http://www.example.com/administrator/index.php?ThisIsAnExample
where http://www.example.com is the URL to your site and ThisIsAnExample is the administrator secret URL parameter you have entered. If you do not remember your secret URL parameter please refer to this page for workaround instructions. The Secret URL Parameter setting is available in Components, Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF.

Based on the information you gave me I believe that the rest of what you are saying about the .htaccess is irrelevant. The .htaccess file cannot redirect the /administrator URLs to the site's root. If it was blocking you you'd be getting HTTP 403 Access Forbidden errors. Moreover, add-on domains and the location of your site in the web root of what appears to be a typical cPanel installation are not a problem, as demonstrated by our own site: we have joomlapack.net act as a secondary domain name which forwards to our main domain, set up on a cPanel-powered server.
