Hi,

occasionally the above error occurs and oddly enough the IP-address mentioned in web application firewall /
security exception log is always the IP of the web-server the website is hosted. I can't explain the relationship.

I found out that the internet connection failed at some days for a short time in the night. I don't know if there is a context with my problem.

As a temporary solution I defined the web-server IP-address in Administor IP Whitelist.

Would you please help. Thank you.

Hello,

this usually happens when your server is behind a proxy.
Please get inside Admin Tools WAF Configuration Page and set the option Enable IP workarounds to Yes.
That should do the trick.
