Hello, just a query, I have just moved my site onto a new server and in the process have changed the URL. It has changed from xyz.co.uk to xyz.uk I did the site transfer by taking an Akeeba backup and then doing kickstart etc onto the new server and database. Do I need to make any changes to the AdminTools package as a result of the URL change? I have clicked on setting up a new .htaccess and everything looks OK but I was wondering if there was some hidden reference to the old URL in there somewhere?

Thanks

dlb
There may be references to the domain in .htaccess Maker at the very bottom of the screen, under System Configuration.

The Password Protect Administrator function can be sensitive to changes in Apache version. If it won't work on the new server just delete the .htaccess and .htpasswd files from the /administrator folder - NOT the root - and regenerate the password from the Admin Tools screen.

That should be it.
