I cant figure this out.

Put simply I want ALL links on my site eg:

https://www.finalbug.net/index.php/store
https://www.finalbug.net/index.php/store
https://www.finalbug.net/index.php/groups-learn-post-production-socially-fcpx-and-more

to ALWAYS look like this with no www

https://finalbug.net
https://finalbug.net/index.php/store
https://finalbug.net/index.php/groups-learn-post-production-socially-fcpx-and-more

etc

I know this is going to sound insane but I just had my site open in Opera and had all links with no www.
At the same time I had my site open in Firefox and all the links had a www

Then I navigated in firefox and the www´s were gone!

Is there something I can do in Admin tools to always get links ALL with no www as in the first 3 egs

Yes you can. In .htaccess Maker, towards the bottom of the page, set the field "Redirect www and non-www addresses" to "Redirect www to non-www". Save and regenerate your .htaccess file and you should be all set. Note that you may need to clear the caches in your browsers to get rid of stale URLs.
