#30049 Something is causing me to keep getting blocked

Hi,

This relates to the site https://singaporekhalsa.org.sg/
I keep getting blocked from the website even though my IP is not blacklisted or blocked via httaccess. My custom block message shows when this happens.

My IP is not in the site blacklist. It is also added to "Never block these IPs".
Unblocking the IP gives me an alert "Unblocking the IP failed. The IP was not found to be automatically blocked".

In case it matters:
The site is on Cloudflare. Set to "Always use https". Purging cache still gives me the block message.
Site is on shared hosting by Hostgator.


I have currently disabled Admintools by renaming the main.php file.

Any idea how I can solve this issue? I've been using Admintools for years and never had an issue like this before.

if you're behind CloudFlare, did you enable IP Workarounds?

Hi. No I did not. IP Workarounds was set to No, following the recommendation on that option. I have enabled it now and will monitor and see if this solves the problem.
