Hello,

I just got a new modem from my ISP, now i cannot get into the backend of my Joomla website because i used ip Whitelist on Akeeba Admin Tools.

Is there any workaround so that i can get into the backend of my Joomla website?.

Yes, of course. Your IP has changed with the new modem so we need to disable IP Whitelist. Follow our instructions to regain access to your site. Once in your site go to Components, Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF and disable the IP Whitelist feature from the first tab. Then following the rest of the instructions I linked you to you can re-enable Admin Tools.
