Hi there,
I have just made a fresh install of Joomla 3.9.0 After installing (only) Akeeba Backup and Akeeba Admin Tools this is what I see (see pdf attached).
Can you tell me what is wrong?

I downloaded and installed 5.1.4.
Problem solved.
