Yes, the site http://pressoffice.itweb.co.za/j2/ must be served on HTTPS.
If that's not possible, your only option is to disable the HSTS option inside the Htaccess Maker and regenerate the .htaccess file.
In this way your users will get a warning stating that insecure content is served (because you're fetching the feed from the other site over HTTP), but at least your page will load.
