Hi,

we have a component (joomla quiz deluxe) and we have integrated in the component to load attachments in an iframe, specifically pdfs when taking the quiz.

the pdf files are located inside the administrator folder, and for some reason some of the pdfs are not loading and is prompting users to enter the username and password ( for administrator .htaccess and .htpasswd).

from the httaccessMaker setting: "Backend directories where file type exceptions are allowed", we have added this line:
administrator/images/joomlaquizattachments

just so the files within that folder will be accessible, but still it doesn't work

this occurs randomly and the issue occurs in mobile phones.

Hello,

please take a look at this entry of the documentation. You'll have to disable the "Protect your backend with a password" feature inside Admin Tools, since that component is requiring backend files directly from frontend (an highly discouraged feature).
