Over the last 2 days our Admin Tools has been listing all inbound traffic as initiating from the Host Server's IP Address. Any user that logs in (including admin users to the admin console) log in Admin Tools as coming from the IP address of the web host server which is not correct.
That is a problem in itself as the Admin Tools logs are fundamentally not showing the correct information about the origination of traffic to the site.
It is also a problem because it is causing Admin Tools to block all access to the website for any user when the number of individual users fail to login correctly (since they are all logged as generating from the same IP address).
This issue has caused our site to be "down" with the Admin Tools restricted access message to anyone from any location trying to navigate to our site.

Go to Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF, on the first tab, change the value of "Enable IP workarounds". If it is Yes, change it to No or vice versa. This is a very common problem when you have another server in front of your web server.
