Hello

I have deactivated temporary admin tools component from my Joomla Cpanel 2 days ago, and access to my admin page was still working fine until a few hours ago, a 404 message appears when I tried to reaccess to my Joomla Cpanel. So am stuck I can not access to my Joomla Cpanel. Is there any solution.

If you have deactivated Admin Tools then it doesn't run and cannot change how your site behaves. So, according to what you described, Admin Tools is the one thing that cannot be related to your issue. Normally I could have given you some ideas where to look next based on the error message but I don't speak Arabic and since it's an image I cannot use Google Translate to understand what it reads.

If I were to make a wild guess, based solely on my experience, I'd say that you need to delete the .htaccess and .htpasswd files from your site's administrator directory. These files may be hidden.
