Hello,

When clicking the IP Lookup link in the email notifying of an Automatic IP blocking notification I'm getting a 403 error - You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.
Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe.

This has just happened, why is this, please?

Hello,

thanks for the heads up.
This is an external site we use to provide a lookup for the recorded IP address. It seems it's a temporary issue (most likely they broke their own .htaccess file). We will monitor it in the few hours, if they're still broken we will try to find an alternative.
