HI

I am a super user and want to change my email address as I am moving house and ISP and so will not have access to the current email address.

When I tried to make the change my IP was blocked as I was regarded as a spammer

I also tried to set up a new account as a superuser - same result.

Unfortunately I deleted a "spare account" which had the email address I want to switch to

What do I need to do

Obviously I will also want to change the email address for this account!

You are correct, Admin Tools is doing it. Go to Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF, on the Hardening Options tab and set "Disable editing backend users' properties" to No. That will allow you to edit or add a Super User.

This feature prevents back end users from escalating their privileges by editing their user.
