Hi,

I recently renewed my expired subscription to Admin Module Pro for Joomla.
The Joomla update process is no longer able to update Admin Tools to newest version 5.3.4 so I decided to follow the steps available at this post but the problem persists so here I am to ask for your help.

Do I have to make a manual update?
Which steps do I have to follow?
Can I lost all parameters and configurations in my actual Admin Tools installed and outdated version 5.1.4?

Regards,
Oscar.

Oscar,

If you do a manual update, you will not lose your settings and logs. That would only happen if you uninstalled Admin Tools. Don't do that.

I don't think there is anything that I could add to Nicolas' explanations in #31622. The easiest way to do the update is to download the new Admin Tools and install it as if it were new. Again, that will not change your settings.
