In the exceptions log, under the reason heading, failed login attempts used to have a "hint bubble" that displayed the username used in the attempt. Did that go away in a recent update? It was useful for determining if the attempt was a genuine user error or if it was hacking attempt.

yes, that feature was removed when GDPR came in because having an IP and the username will result in a sensitive data since you can correlate a virtual user with a physical address.
Anyway, since several users asked for that, we added an option (off by default) to show again the username in failed login attempts; you can find it in the Configure WAF page.

Mandatory disclaimer Please note that GDPR applies to EU citizens. This means that if I connect to your site and ask for all my data/being deleted, you will have to apply even if you are a US business OR I'm visiting your website from US and not EU.
