#31795 how to configure a 403 error page

Admin tools works as expected.

It happens that users blocks themselves and they get a 403 error.

Is there a simple way to modify the 403 page to give them a simple explanation (example: password error, please wait for 15 minutes before trying again)

The current page is quite cryptic for older people (see screenshot)

I would appreciate an example how to do that
