I did the unblock this ip and tried the automatic rename of the file main.php

It then gave me this page which I have attached to this ticket.

Site locked up and I again renamed the file so I could use the site.

Your Admin Tools installation is out of date. Please upgrade to the latest version. At the time of this writing it is Admin Tools Professional 5.3.4.

After upgrading to the latest version please clear your browser's cache and Joomla's cache and try to reproduce your issue. If you are able to reproduce your issue please attach a PDF file with the new error page so we can help further.
