Hi,
A developer was given temp superuser access. It expired and he didn't notice I had given him access details.
he got the message saying he's a spammer or bad person.
He now says he can no longer even access my site, so he can't even use the new access password.

How do I resolve this?

Thanks

Hello,

most likely he got blocked. You should get his IP address and then unblock him by deleting his IP address within the page Unblock an IP, in the Web Application Firewall page.
In this way he will be able to reach your site.

Thanks much. It seemed to have resolved itself after a few hours, but I'll note your solution for next time it happens.
