#32477 Error updating to version 5.4.0 or higher

Hi,

When I try to update our version of Admin Tools, an error appears, and the version is not updated. The error that appears in the Joomla is "Joomla\Filesystem\File::delete: Failed deleting inaccessible file .htaccess" and "Update package. There was an error configuring the extension: com_admintools-pro.zip". See attached screenshot.

Until version 5.3.2 we had no problems updating. As of version 5.4.0 we do have problems. Why does this error appear?

Hello,

I'll close this ticket since I think it's related to the other one you opened about Akeeba Backup.
Most likely there is a server configuration error, so fixing it will fix both issues.
