I tried to install new version admin tools Professional packae 5.5.0 I got an error message: Error
Unable to find install package.

I downloaded the package. However, it cannot install. I need some help.

Kindly note that the error message you are receiving comes from Joomla itself. Most likely your issue is one of the following: your server's upload_max_filesize / post_max_size is too low (check Extensions, Manage, Warnings); your Joomla temporary directory is not set or is set to the wrong / an unwritable directory; your server has the wrong PHP upload temporary path (in this case you can't install ANY other extensions and you get a PHP temporary folder not set warning in Extensions, Manage, Warnings).

Please follow these troubleshooting instructions. They apply to the installation of all Joomla extensions.
