Hello,

On my Joomla site, the PHP File scanner reports that these 2 files are modified very often.
Is this normal ? Or should I consider it as an attack ?
If this is normal, is there a way to exclude them from the scan or from the report ?

administrator/components/com_akeeba/backup/akeeba.log.php
libraries/cegcore/cache/db_tables_info.cache.php 0

I am using Akeeba version 7.1.0 and will upgrade to 7.1.1 today.

Thank you,

I can only speak for the former file since it's created by Akeeba Backup. It's a backup log file. Yes, it's normal to see this being modified every time you access Akeeba Backup's backend interface. It's also normal to see .log.php files being created in that folder every time you run a backup. You can always exclude this folder from the PHP File Change Scanner.

Regarding the second file, it's part of the ChronoForms package and they say it's a cache file. Therefore it is expected to be modified frequently. You can exclude this file from the PHP File Change Scanner.
