EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

I am unable to have my backups put to box.net since the last few versions…

Is there still a way to have the complete backup saved on box?

Best

…how long will it take to have box.net back due to the api changes?

Yes, there is a way since Akeeba Backup 3.10.1, using the "Upload to WebDAV" method we introduced. The required settings are detailed in https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/akeeba-backup-documentation/data-processing-engines.html#proc-boxnet

One important note: It has come to our attention that despite Box.com's documentation the correct WebDAV base URL is https://dav.box.com/dav/ (with a slash at the end of the URL). I have personally tested this setup with my own Box.com account and I can tell you that it does work perfectly. Per our documentation, I advise you to split your backup archives in relatively small chunks (5-20Mb seems to work best) to avoid timeout errors while uploading the archives to Box.
