EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
today I renewed my subscription for Akeeba Backup Professional but when I downloaded the software it was the core version. Anyway the problem is not this. I'm trying to set the automatic backup (Native CRON script), but the /home/USER/webroot/cli/akeeba-backup.php doesn't exist. Of course I have used the correct path. Please could you help me to fix the problem? Thank you. Best regards, Enzo

Enzo,

I think the Core version is the problem. The native CRON backup is a Pro feature.

If your subscription had expired, you need to log out of our website then log back in. This updates the permissions in Joomla! to allow you to download the Pro version of Backup.

You can simply install the Pro version over what you have, it will do the upgrade. Do not uninstall. That will cause you to lose your settings and possibly your stored backups.
