EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
I made the last update. Update Now no longer does the automatic backup. All settings are correct. Before the update, everything went very well. What can I do. Thank you Ilona Kreuzmann

Hello Ilona,

can you please be more specific?
How are you triggering the backup? Do you get an error or simply nothing happens?
After the backup start, can you find an entry inside the "Manage backups" page?

How are you triggering the backup?
Cron Job set path to a folder with a shell script. See Appendix

Do you get an error or simply nothing happens?
No no error message - nothing happens

After the backup start, can you find an entry inside the "Manage backups" page?
No, it is to see no entry in the Manage Backup.

I hope it helps. Thank you Ilona Kreuzmann

We didn't change anything about the backup script.
Please double check that the path to the CLI file and PHP executable are correct.
try running them manually, do you get anything?

Hello, the fault must lie in the component. I've checked all the paths. Have also installed on another website component. No automatic update.

Have registered as an incorrect test pad. I received an email from the provider that the path is incorrect.

Until the component so the command is executed. Could you please look at times, what is wrong?

Many Thanks Ilona Kreuzmann

First try installing the component again, twice in a row, without uninstalling it before or in between. This is just in case there are any files Joomla! forgot to copy during the update.

If this doesn't help, try removing the entire
> /dev/null 2>&1
part to see what the actual output of the command line is.

If you get no output, contact your host: most likely the CRON job isn't running.

If it complains about input file not found go to the component's Scheduling Information page and check the path shown there.
